Ingredients:

1 ½ c    finely diced onions

1          small lime

1 tsp     red chili powder

¼ tsp    salt

Method:

1.         Place diced onions in a bowl; squeeze all the juice out of the limes as possible.  Mix thoroughly.  I used my hand to mix it up.

2.         Add the chili powder and salt.  Mix with spoon.

There should be a little ‘gravy’ made from the juice and salt added.  If not, you may desire to add more lime juice to create ‘gravy’ as per your liking.

Use immediately and do not store, as it doesn’t keep well for long.

Can eat with dosa, idli, as a side dish with fried snacks.
