We are tested all the time in so many ways. Who really finds test taking fun? In the process of being tested, not many would describe that as ‘fun,’ but in retrospect anything can be fun!

studenttesting.jpgI was remembering the days I spent in India having to take tests, or as it was said there writing exams. In some ways the process of test taking in India was similar to my experience in U.S., and in some ways, much, much different.

The preparation was very similar- staying up long nights previous to the test- cramming and memorizing all the rote facts and figures. But, the real difference was the day of the test- the logistics and the mechanics of doing what needed to be done. That did prove to be different. For a foreigner without training ahead of time, I think I made it quite well through my course, especially since I made First Rank!

If you’d like to know what is so different- and FUN – about those test, read Test Taking Trials and Tribulations in India, a post from my other blog, Study Abroad Chronicles.

Until you’re next test, study well!
