One of the first questions Americans have when going to India is "Will I be stared at?". Click in to hear my thoughts on this topic and my answers to the question, "Do Indians Stare More than Americans?"
This is a different approach, I hope, one to make you think not only about why someone else does something but why you do or don't do something. This will be addressed also by me, more in part two. Keep tuned in!
Do Indians really stare more than Americans?
How are Americans socialized when it comes to the behavior of staring?
What is a 'stare' look like?
Staring in US is considered rude, so a person who stares can be considered rude.
How do Americans feel when we are stared at?
How to the answers to those questions affect our ability for form relationships with others, particularly those who stare at us?
Questions to think about:
Why do you stare at a person?
What is your intention when you stare?
How do you feel when you're stared at?
Do you think those feelings are what the starer is intending to communicate to you?
See what others have said about this video- their reactions and much more! This is on my facebook page.
Thank you for your time spent on my website. I appreciate it. Keep tuned in for part 2!!
